Located in the province of Wele-Nzas, the city of Oyala (also known as Djibloho) will be built to rise as the future capital of Equatorial Guinea attracting an estimated 160,000 inhabitants and will extend over 8,150 hectares.

CAPA, by virtue of its experience and know-how in different prefabricated works in the African continent, has been invited to be present in this project by providing modular building prefabricated solutions totaling over 5000 m² of covered area and serve as site accomodation in the construction of water supply and wastewaters networks systems to the new administrative town.
